Multi-Vendor Property Rental System

Overview

A sophisticated marketplace for property rentals, connecting landlords with tenants across multiple cities. The platform features advanced search filters, map-based discovery, and a robust booking engine that handles security deposits, rental agreements, and automated payouts.

Strategic Approach

We solved the Geospatial Discovery challenge by implementing PostGIS for PostgreSQL, allowing for complex polygon searches and "search as I move" map interactions with sub-100ms latency. To build trust between vendors and renters, we integrated a multi-tier identity verification system (KYC) and an automated dispute resolution workflow that handles deposit returns based on check-out inspections.
