All source code, proprietary designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and video content are the exclusive intellectual property of Broadway Web Services or its licensors. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written approval.
6 Financial Terms & Project Initiation
6.1 Payment Terms: Service fees, payment schedules, and milestones will be detailed in your formal project agreement or statement of work (SOW).
6.2 Advance Payment: Project initiation requires payment of the agreed advance deposit. Engineering work begins upon clearance of funds.
6.3 Billing & Invoicing: Invoices are issued per agreed milestones. Timely payment is required to avoid project hold or service suspension.
6.4 Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable unless explicitly negotiated in writing prior to project kickoff.
6.5 Project Timelines: Timelines depend on client deliverables and timely milestone approvals.
6.6 Non-Payment Remedies: Unpaid invoices reserve our right to withhold deliverables, code deployment, or suspend access.
6.7 Payment Disputes: Notice of billing disputes must be submitted within 14 business days of invoice receipt.
6.8 Currency & Taxes: All prices are quoted in ₹ (INR) or $ (USD) and exclude applicable local sales taxes.

8 Limitation of Liability
