Strategic Approach

Our engineering strategy focused on Interoperability and Privacy. We built a custom HL7/FHIR interface engine that normalizes data from disparate lab systems, ensuring that patients receive a standardized, easy-to-read report regardless of where the test was performed. For security, we implemented end-to-end encryption for all PHI (Protected Health Information) and a robust RBAC system for lab technicians and administrative staff.
