Overview

A high-performance inventory management solution tailored for large-scale automotive service centers. The system provides a unified dashboard to track thousands of SKUs across multiple locations, ensuring that critical parts are always in stock while minimizing tied-up capital. By integrating directly with barcode scanners and physical inventory sensors, we eliminated manual logging errors and streamlined the entire procurement-to-service workflow.

Strategic Approach

The core challenge was Sub-second Synchronization. We utilized a Redis-backed caching layer and a PostgreSQL event-driven architecture to ensure that a stock change in one warehouse is reflected globally in real-time. We also built a custom "Replenishment AI" that analyzes historical consumption patterns to predict future stock needs, preventing service delays during peak seasons.
