Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our global engineering elite. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance digital infrastructure for enterprise-scale SaaS and FinTech solutions.
This is a Global Remote position. We don't care where you are located; we care about the quality of your code and your ability to solve complex architectural challenges.
The Architectural Arsenal (Skills We Need)
To succeed in this role, you should have mastery over a broad range of technologies and patterns:
- Frontend Mastery: Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Framer Motion for high-end aesthetics.
- Backend Excellence: Node.js, Go, or Python (FastAPI/Django). Deep understanding of Microservices and Serverless architectures.
- Database Architecture: PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB. Experience with database optimization and scaling.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Security & Resilience: Implementing JWT, OAuth2, and ensuring HIPAA/GDPR compliance where necessary.
- AI Integration: Experience with LLM integrations, Vector Databases (Pinecone/Milvus), and AI Agent orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, resilient systems that can handle high-traffic enterprise demands.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and highly optimized code.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and design teams to translate complex requirements into technical reality.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and perform deep code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize Core Web Vitals and backend latency for global users.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- SaaS Pedigree: Proven track record of building and scaling B2B or B2C SaaS platforms.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle low-level performance issues and high-level architectural trade-offs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
